No big deal. Schedule the spay and they will let you know afterwards if she was pregnant.

Yes there is a morning after pill, see the vet asap, she is far to young to have puppies.
Where I live a dog has to be spayed/neutered prior to adoption...no exceptions.
Where do you live that they would turn a dog out that will likely be sending back their offspring?
Get her spayed now...which amounts to an abortion and will be more expensive than before she got preggers I'm sure.

I just went through this same thing with a dog that I pulled from a shelter on behalf of the rescue I volunteer for. We had the dog spayed which aborts the pregnancy. Please consider this route as the pet population does not need any new additions.

You really need to get her spayed asap. First of all, this could risk her life and second, if the shelter finds out the dog is pregnant, they may take it back. Did you have a spay/neuter agreement? How did she get access to an intact male anyway?

no you will have to let nature take it course.keep a good watch over her or all the males dogs will be visiting.she will be like this for about 7 to 10 days then make an app to get her fixed.i use to get a diaper and cut a hole for the tail and add a pad that could be tossed after it was soiled then i would put in a clean one after she had done her job.check with your vet to see if there is any way to stop the heat cycle i haven't heard of it,but they come out with new stuff all the time. good luck.

Yes there IS a morning after treatment, but your best choice may be just to spay her now especally you were planning to anyway. Talk to your vet.... soon the morning after bit only works for a few days.

You can still actually have her fixed it will just cost you more money. You will just have to find a vet that will do it some won't. Your doing the right thing she is too young to have babies she is a baby herself.
