when you still had to face the hard reality without your partner,,,but now by yourself? I cannot sleep and concentrate on my work now because i am badly heartbroken, but I must get on in my life. I wake up at 5:00 and come home 22:00. I feel depressed, but I must get on with my life... only my freedom is weekend and the commuting time where i can listen to music. Give me some inspiration.

Allot of songs are about love and relationships and they just feed into the depression. Try some old stuff - Eye of the Tiger, Get Down on It - the kind of stuff you would listen to for a hard workout at the gym. And unless you plan on stalking the person do not listen to Every Step you Take!

Relationships end, you need to work on you - you cant have a good relationship with someone else or get over someone until you are happy with yourself. Too many people feel that they need to find someone to complete them - that is a recipe for failure - 2 incomplete people will never form a stable whole person - 2 people that are happy with them self independently and still want to be together will last a lifetime.

Good luck to you, i have faith you will get over it - "I will survive" is another good song.

"Already Dead" by Silverstein

You won't find me here
the place that you expected me to be
in my bed on the second floor
I'm outside your house
I'm closing in on you
and all the times you smiled
you said hello and thought I was ok
I was planning your final struggle

When you wake up I'll be there
when you see me you'll be on your back again
(when you, when you, when you, when you)
know you're already dead
you'll love me too

You will find me here
the place you least expected me to be
breaking through your basement window
I'm outside your room
I can hear you breathe
and all the times you laughed
you shook my hand and thought I was your friend
I was planning your tragic ending

You'll look down on me, with eyes of endless tragedy
try and stop the pain, but there's never closure
find your solace in what you could have been

When they look for me, the evidence is buried deep
try to guide the way into the darkness

Looking down on me through eyes that never stop crying
looking down on me, will you ever look away?

I like strong music, not anything that would continue to depress me.
I Hate Everything About You by Ugly Kid Joe is one of my faves for this situation.
