How do I set computer to automatically alphabetize documents with Word folders?

Question

I'd asked this question and was told to right click within the folder and then choose "arrange icons by......".
Which folder do I right click in?
I use Windows XP and Office 2003.

Open the folder that contains the files you want to alphabetize.

Look at the column headers:
Name, Size, Type, Date Modified, Date Created, Date Accessed.
You will see an arrow next to the column header which sorts the files.
To sort alphabetically, in ascending order - A to Z, click next to Name so that the arrow points up. If the arrow points down, you will get Z to A.
