He's a colleguage. We have been friends and kinda flirting with each other for like 3 months. He asked me out on a date. I waited for him for 4 hours, and he didn't show up. I tried calling him. His phone was off. I called many times n sent many text messages. but after 4 hours of waiting, he sent me a text message simply saying 'sorry. i got so drunk last night n couldn't get up'. that was it. i was angry, coz it hurt my pride n dignity to get stood up by a guy. i sent him many text messages. he didnt reply even one. he switched off his phone again. Then the next day he sent me message saying 'sorry' but he gave me the same reason. what i'm angry more is that he didnt reply my messages on that day. even if he truly sincerely couldn't get up, he should have explained to me in a nice way. so u think he's just a jerk who played with my feelings or should i forgive him?

Don`t forgive him ! Dump him ! If you fall for those petty excuses once , he will think that you are gullable and can fob you off with any excuses in the future. Find someone who will wait for YOU for four hours because he thinks that you are wonderful and worth waiting for .

He sounds like he's either playing with you or has a serious alcohol problem. Anyone who gets so drunk every night that he can't function the next day is a hardcore alcoholic with some emotional issues to boot.
I'd say let him wallow in his vat of liquor and find somone you can count on. :)

girl, are you THAT desperate? You don't need HIS charity. Start thinking and behaving like the goddess you were created to be and make the young gods see what you have to offer. I know you got it in you. ALL women do. You just got to see it to believe it and only you can bring it on! You can do this. Don't be taking this kind of s--t from guys. If you want respect you got to demand it.

Yes he is a JERK.....girl move on and far away from from that relationship...it ain't worth it and all the trouble it might come with.......so i say don't forgive to fool...you deserve better thatn that!
