I think you're trying too hard. The best relationships can often come unexpectedly and when you least think they will. Constant flirting might be interpreted as being easy, flakey - or desperate - and can be very unattractive.
Just be yourself and the right person will come along in good time. You're only 14 and so don't be in any hurry - it's not a race, you know. You might have friends boasting about their boyfriends but remember the old saying "empty vessels make the most noise". Quite often their bragging will be complete fantasy and just said to try and impress. Don't be fooled by it - and don't be tempted to do the same.

You are still very young. There is no hurry, the world is not coming to an end. Now concentrate on priorities in your life like your education and that will give you a career and a future and independence, and you wont have to depend on anyone. Boyfriends will come and go as fast as possible, they are only interesting in using your body and dumping you. Stay out of trouble and value and respect your self. Be wise, be intelligent, learn from other peoples mistakes, not from your own.

Don't you hate when people tell you, "You don't need a B/F, you're ONLY 14..." Hey, it's like you want one like, now! I understand. It's like this, when you're looking for something it never seems to happen. But, when you forget about it, then it falls in your lap. This is the case with any thing in life, boyfriends, jobs, whatever. So, as hard as it may be try to focus making yourself the best you can. Exercise, do your hair and nails, have fun with friends, laugh. But, the main thing is Relax. Guys can sense when you are 'trying' to hard. Be yourself and focus on other things besides having a b/f (believe me, I know it's hard) and you will see it will happen when you're least expecting it, I promise...

You're too young to be thinking about having a boyfriend, which is in actuality, a commitment. Enjoy your childhood while it's there, and don't rush into life. Life will manifest itself
in time. You should be focused on education, setting goals, and what more important in life. Boys will come eventually, so don't rush the drama!

Do not look for a boyfriend.
They should be looking for you.
Think to yourself, how did you get your first boyfriend?
Why have you two split up?
Boys will always be there so just focus on important things at the moment such as...EDUCATION
When your SAT'S and GCSE'S and A-levels are over, thing of all the boys that will be there.
If you still want a boyfriend, ask one of your friend's to hook you up.

SLOW DOWN!! You don't need a boyfriend at such an early age. Why not have a good guy friend. When you are ready and the time is right it will happen. But until then don't rush anything.

At 14 you should be more concerned with getting good grades.
Focus on your studies, go to college. Make your own way.
In time you will find a good man and you will have a good life.
Leave the "boys" behind in your dust.

Stop trying so hard. Nobody *needs* a boyfriend, especially a 14 year old.
