cos perfection is an absolute, so if he acted he'd change (from ot having acted to having acted) so therefore wouldn't be perfect. what's the answer to this?

He would not change a thing because the world is already a perfect creation.
You're the one doing all of the judging, not God. She sees the perfection for what it is.
