Refried beans Dried package of taco seasoning sourcream taco sauce diced tomatoes balck olives shredded lettuce shredded cheddar cheese Mix some of the taco seasoning into the refried beans until you find the spice you like Layer beans onto a tray and pop in the microwave to get warm Top and layer on all the other ingredients to how you like it. I personally like to do the sourcream first along with a little taco sauce, then the lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and then leave the olives for last. You can also subsitute ground beef or chicken for the beans or add them in besides the beans. You can also do this with a can of chili with or without beans.

I know you mix taco seasoning with cream cheese and spread that on the bottom then you top it off with tomatoes, lettuce and you can use jalopenos. (if you can tolerate them)
