I love the outdoors. The forest. In particular, I like the Shawnee National Forest and places like Garden of the Gods and Camel Rock. There are certains times of the day, or in the evenings, when not that many people are around. That makes it very easy to relax, meditate, sketch, or read a book (two of my fav things to do).

You may go to nisargaoshofoundation at Dharamsala, Himachal. There are beautiful cottages on the river front, total solitude. In addition , you may join dynamic meditation groups there. iI is a really threupatic place

if i need to relax, i just hop in my truck and cruise the back roads in my town. i live in small town vermont (NEK) so there is absolutely no traffic and i always see a deer or a moose or something. or il go for a 4-wheeler ride and go up to my camp and sit on the porch and watch the wildlife and look over my pond. but if im stressed out i go for a run and go to the gym. exercise gets rid of stress and makes you think clearer.

How many miles away from home you guess you would like to stay? Come to Arraial da Ajuda or to Trancoso in Bahia, Brazil, South America. Other nice ones: Cabo Frio, Búzios, in Rio de Janeiro.

My truck , I just go driving for a bit , find a nice wooded area , park hop in the bed of the truck , an look up at the Sky.
