Get a coffee grinder or use a blender.

Fresh-ground coffee is immensely better, anyway. You will soon wonder how on earth anyone can drink the pre-ground crap.

I did that once. That's called learning the hard way. I agree, the package should be more clearly marked.
Yes, it must be ground before you can brew it. A small electric grinder isn't too expensive. You can also grind it in a blender, if you have one. The finer you make it, the stronger it will be. Practice makes perfect. Grind it in spurts until you get what you want. There is nothing better than freshly ground , if you love good coffee.

You should try and make it like that and see what happens and let us all know. Sounds like a fun kitchen experiment!!
--- Go buy a grinder. You can get a decent one at walmart or target for around $15-$20. Not that bad and you'll get a much better cup o coffee!!

Coffee grinders are cheap, like $10. Buy one and only grind what you need for each day and your coffee will be fresher. If you want really fresh coffee grind it yourself. Keep the whole beans in the fridge to keep fresh.

Happened to me too, once, with some really expensive specialty coffee. I had to get a grinder in order to make coffee out of it.

You can't make it like that. You have 3 options, go back and exchange it or get more, go buy one of those little cheap electric spice/bean grinder, or try putting it in a food processor or blender, but I'm not sure that would work.

You have to grind it. You should check out the store you got it at. Sometimes they have grinders in the coffee aisle. Or buy yourself a cheap one at Bed, Bath & Beyond.

Nope you can't brew it that way. Like everyone said buy a small grinder or take it back to the store you bought it from and see if they will grind it for you.
