I'd require everyone to get a license prior to operating on the internet. Part of the licensing requirement would be a written test on grammar and spelling.
This license could be revoked for typing stuff like:
what u gonna do?

if i were president of the whole world. i would get rid of all plants making nuclear weapons. i would get rid of cars and go back to horse back. i would make it so that there were no more electricity and go back to basics, living off the land, how it should be. fire, water, grow your own food and livestock. simple living, the way we should be living in my opinion. no more jobs to grow the economy, because you would only need your basic necesities to live. that is what i would do.
