that happend to me, apartment 1303, it has no warning that u have to read the crapy script at the bottem of the screen as it all in japenese and i cant return it. wat a load of sh*t and wat a waste of money

Actually if the packaging indicated the language you wanted and it did not contain it then yes, most retailers would accept a exchange.

However if you merely neglected to read the packaging, i would chalk that one up to experience.

Bought a Bob Marley LP from Montgomery Ward's in the late 70's. When I got home and took the record out, it was the recording of some Hawaiian artist of that time.
