5 charges.. No License, No Insurance, taking car without owners permission, dangerous driving, failing to stop for police...

I missed my court date because I was inside for something different, but now i'm out and got a invitation to court, new date is dec 17th... What do you think will happen? Obviously a driving ban, perhaps a fine or a prison sentence aswell?

You are a fool.

You and your other question about being proud to go to prison is just plain sad.

I feel sorry for you.

You were inside? You mean in jail? THen they shouldn't add another charge for failure to appear. Your attorney should be able to take care of that. Actually, the county should have taken you for your court date. I'm a bit confused on that point. It's unusual for a county to let someone miss a court date. At any rate, on the five charges, if you have a previous record, I would expect some jail time. Take a car without permission sounds dangerously close to grand theft auto. Failing to stop for police sounds dangerously close to eluding police. If these are really the charges, they've obviously charged you with the lessor crimes - which is to your advantage. You need a good attorney, and listen to the advice of the attorney. Then, when this is over, get away from whoever you are spending time with and find a new job or habit. Put this behind you now, and move on. Don't get caught in this downward spiral forever.

My ogd man you should be locked up, you will definitely get a ban but obviously that isnt going to mean anything to you now is it, and of course there will be the fine that you get to pay at 2p a week for the rest of your life or until you just stop paying it. I hope you realise how serious these things are, my friend was killed after being hit by someone with no license or insurance who just thought it would be fun to take his dads car out, now he will never get over what happened and neither will my friends family, your very lucky you didnt hit anyone.

Sounds like you've been a bad lad before so could be a prison sentence...depends what the dangerous driving circumstances were...at best a further disqualification and large fine.

You will in all probability be spending Christmas in jail.
I sincerely hope that you get your act together. You seem to be totally clueless that actions have consequences.
I suspect that you will be treated more severely than you expect. "taking car without owners permission" is commonly called THEFT and all the other charges aggravate your case.

Bit of a twerp aren't you. You sound like a fairly thick 17 year old who still thinks it's clever to be a petty criminal. With a bit of luck they'll put you inside for Christmas where you'll get very unpleasant presents and discover just how petty you really are. With a bit more luck you'll decide you don't like it and vow to never go back inside again. That'll please your mum who then won't have to waste her precious time visiting you in the slammer and trying to convince herself that you're a good son .

Dont worry, the way the sentences are being awarded you will probably be given a ticket for a two week holiday in Majorca, That is of course if you are in the UK.

with a bit of luck they will lock you up and throw away the key !!!!!!!!
Why on earth dont people like you see that if you cause an accident, or heaven forbid kill some one, its the poor innocent victim that will suffer, i really detest people like that, go and get your life sorted out, perhaps you should be sent into the army as its obvious you aint learning anything from going to prison

What ever it will be it will obviously not be enough.

Maybe you'll get a big roommate named Bubba that hasn't been with a woman for a long time. Enjoy and use the pillow to muffle your cries.

I can't say what will happen, but I do suggest that you grow up and stop stealing other peoples property.
The person who's car you took probably needed it for work or to take his sick kids to hospital.
It is not big, it is not clever, do yourself a favour and find your self respect.
