Ecclesiastes 11:10
10Therefore remove sorrow from thy heart, and put away evil from thy flesh: for childhood and youth are vanity.

Why are “youth and the prime of life” vanity? If not used properly, these are vanity because, like vapor, the days of youthful vigor disappear quickly.

The Bible gives young people this encouragement: “Remove vexation from your heart, and ward off calamity from your flesh; for youth and the prime of life are vanity. Remember, now, your Grand Creator in the days of your young manhood.” (Ecclesiastes 11:10–12:1)

Youths who use their time and energy well in serving the Creator will have no regrets later in life (Eccl.11:9, 10).

Eccl 11-9

Young man, its wonderful to be young! Enjoy every minute of it! Do all you want to; Take in everything, but realize that you must account to GOd for everything you do.

Eccl 11-10

So banish grief and pain, but remember that youth, with a whole life before it, can make serious mistakes.

Ecclesiastes 11: 9 - 10
--------------------------
Rejoice, young man, in your youth, and let your heart do you good in the days of your young manhood, and walk in the ways of your heart and in the things seen by your eyes. But know that on account of all these the [true] God will bring you into judgment. So remove vexation from your heart, and ward off calamity from your flesh; for youth and the prime of life are vanity.
-----------------------

It's pretty self explanatory. A young man needs to value his youth and remove stressers and calamities from his heart and actions. A young man should enjoy his youth, being young because we do not stay young for long and to be young and free is something that everyone longs for; don't waste it.
------------------------

Did you know that after Armageddon, when the earth is made anew again, back to its paradise state, those who make it to the new system, where God sees worthy of these ones, will never grow older than about 25 to 30 years old? Yes, we will all cap at about the age of 25 - 30 years old, and we we never die again. These are the ones that make it into God's new system after Armageddon, that is, after all the wicked filth is destroyed in the earth.

Therefore remove sorrow from thy heart, and put away evil from thy flesh: for childhood and youth are vanity.

Which means: 11:10 Sorrow - Sensual and disorderly lusts, which he elegantly calls sorrow, to intimate, that although such practices at present gratify mens senses, yet they will shortly bring them to intolerable sorrows. Evil - All evil desires, tho' now they seem good to thee. Vanity - Most vain. The time of youth is vanishing and transitory, and old age and death will speedily come, against which every wise man will take care to lay in solid provisions and comforts - Wesley

"Therefore remove sorrow from thy heart, and put away evil from thy flesh: for childhood and youth are vanity."

If you're asking what it MEANS, that's a different question.
