i'm visiting next week and wanna know what the weather is like early november??? temperature pls??? is it hot? cool? please???? thanks.... and where can i go shopping for maternity clothes and original hello kitty items???

it's abt low 20s in the morning & evening; abt high 20s, low 30s during the day - no humidity - it's very comfortable. can still wear just t-shirt, shorts & sandals (although, you'll see some locals already wearing boots !!)
for original Hello Kitty stuff, can visit a shop called Sanrio - they sell licenced goods. some Toys R Us have Sanrio counters. u can get fake Kitty goods everywhere, Ladies Market, Fa Yuen Street, Causeway Bay.
plenty of maternity wears, depends on your budget : most department stores, Sogo, Wing On, Sincere, will have maternity section; Bossini, a local chain store, has maternity & babywear at good prices; some smaller local boutiques specializes in maternity wear but tend to be more expensive, some are located along Chatham Rd in Tsim Sha Tsui (TST); can also find along Ladies Market, Fa Yuen Street, Stanley Market. Granville Street in TST has lots of smaller shops w/ a variety of clothing for everyone, look & you can find some real bargains.

When people say it's not hot anymore that's all subjective. I've been in Hong Kong for 7 weeks now and while it's definately not as hot as it was, it's still hella hot. I'm from Canada, and the weather in HK right now is comparable to a summer there. A bunch of us exchange students are still going to the beach all the time. I walk about in a tank top and shorts 24/7. Cools down a wee bit at night, but not by much. Bring a jacket if you want. Everyday the highs are still about 28 celsius. Throw in your humidity and it's higher than that. Hope that helps.

Not in Hong Kong now, but the weather this time of year is the perfect weather (they have three seasons -- moldy, moldier, and Ahhhhhh. Right now is Ahhhhh season).
Look for little stores in underground malls for special Hello Kitty items.

Right now it is around 20 to 30 degrees, not hot and cold. Just average. You can still wear T shirts!!

summer is finally over, its quite cool - 23 degrees in the evenings, 30s during the day, quite nice
