right click on photo and then click save as it will send it to your pictures then go your pictures find the photo right click on it and send to desk top sometimes it will not look like it did in your email it might show up as more that one photo

Did someone send you a screensaver via email, or do you want to create a screensave from pictures someone sent you?
I reckon you want to create your own, to do this you'll need an application to create one.

Do a search on these site for screen saver creator or editors. You should find some free, or trail versions here.

Try right clicking the image when it is open and read your options from the box that pops up.
