i heard when u do yoga meditation u can go higher plane and stop feeling low or weak in the heart, but i am afraid bcas it is unknown territory i cant trust anyone enough to go to higher planes,
perhaps u might get struck in the middle and lose ur mind, it is scary! but it is attractive as it increases happiness,
joy is higher vibes i know that but still.
As for god is it possble for him to be in human form
i feel my guru is god but i cannot trust him too much he might cheat me or laugh at me, punish me or is it possbl only that he loves and has no other emotions? my guru says give me ur pain
he might hate me secretly and tolerate me for some reasons?
what is gods attitude? towards us,
do we bore him?
is he lonely?
how much patience can he have? am i creating pain to him?
will he protect my loved ones, will he be helpless in some way, does he love them truly intensely?
i am so scared stiff of spirituality but attracted to it too as it might solve problems for loved ones

If you feel your guru is your God, how is it possible not to trust him. There is no need to be scared. For spirituality there should not be any fear.A true guru will guide you rightly. You must find the right guru with whom you can be fearless.

All living beings will have vibrations in their mind whether sleeping or awake . Meditation helps in regulating the mind reflected as thoughts which is vibrating at a lower frequency ,theta and this lowers the mental stress. So need not worry , but carry on as this state happens initially - the fear of losing ones body
God in human form is only one's mental reflection / perception. Before taking him as your guru , why didn't you test him.Give your pain and if he can remove it .True guru need not be feared but trusted if he has to lead you to higher spiritual level.
I believe that the super vibration pervading throughout this whole creations / universe is so-called God or the Divine force.
God can not have any mind and so is beyond any feelings or sentiments. The whole universe moves by its own natural laws and we are to fit /misfit in that system (thereby producing the results which are our own making).
" I am so scared stiff of spirituality but attracted to it too as it might solve problems for loved ones" -this temption of problem solving leads one towards spiituality and this attraction is the first step Don't worry . Go ahead.

My advice is don't hang all your expectations on a guru. If the guru does not tell you to "take him with a grain of salt" or "feel free to question anything I do" then he has too much control. You seem to be treating your guru as a god, and this is simply transference and a burgeoning cult of personality. You must be stable in yourself; pain of this sort is an illusion, and one cannot transfer an illusion. You need to work on stability in yourself.

I do yoga as exercise, and I have also practiced zazen; the goal was emptiness and relaxation. In such a state, these fears and questions should not arise. Your focus is too much on your fears and on the idea of god and guru. Just focus on breathing properly and emptying all these thoughts and fears.

Nothing. People like to shroud yoga in impressive terms like "higher vibrations" or "higher plane". It really just comes down to playing mind games with yourself.

There are some things you can do to get your brain into various states. Those states have nothing to do with any supernatural nonsense. It is just manipulating how your brain works. Some of it is useful, like being able to get yourself to relax and relieve stress. Some of it is just stupid brain tricks.

"Spirituality" is really a term that people use because it sounds more impressive than "emotions". There is no god. That's just more superstitious nonsense.

it is my belief that when you are in enough pain, then you will be ready to let it go....
i believe that god speaks to us in many forms and fashions and yoga is a good form of meditation, not only mentally, but physically as well.
Have a little faith, accept what gifts are offered, and continually seek for a higher meaning of spirit self and god...as long as you are seeking, you are progressing. It is when we quit seeking, that we begin to get complacent and regress.

i wish you peace and serenity...i hope you find what it is you seek.

The number vibration oscillations produced is increased when damping is decreased. When you remove the shock absorbers from the system and then operate at resonance you will have the strongest and greatest amount of vibrations. Of course operating at resonance tends to break the system.

I love yoga.

Some of the stuff the tell you is nonsense, though.

Yoga works by teaching you to cope with discomfort, which can go "off the mat" into the real world as well.

Here is a website explaining about meditation.

And god will take care of you and your family for all eternity because he loves each and every one of his children. God is never hateful, lonely, and nor does he feel pain. He is good to us and will always listen to each of us as long as we listen to him in return.
