Well I certainly was a teenage boy at one stage in my life , even if it was a few years ago
The main thing is to begin with you need to find areas of conversation on which you share an interest , usually music , bands , TV , Cinema etc. Once you have established that then the next stage would be to try for a date which involves one of the interests . e.g if you both like outdoors and walking you could plan a day out in the country
Over all be yourself , don't try to be someone or something you are not , don't try to monopolise any conversation and give her a chance to express her views too.

if i was a boy and fancied a girl, i would try to act smart around her and pretend that im too good for her, basicly i would be a little **** around girls that i like, the reason why i simply dont know...

Why don't you just go up to her and talk to her.
Ask her if she wants to be in a convoy?
