How did the Word of God influence your life in a positive way?

I found out that by reading and studying God's word that I am never alone. He is always right here with me to help me through the hard times. I just need to trust in him. Sometimes that is a hard one for me but it is the most important learning to trust in him at all times. His ways are right. His word is eternal. When everyone else turns from me he never will, He is my joy, He loves me, he is my comfort, and he rules my life.

Hi there, now let me see for there are such a lot of things that have changed so drastically.
Number one I was almost a Devil Worshiper and was actually looking for a Satanist Church for I was looking for something and I knew that I must find it soon.
Jesus Christ came into my life just at the right time for I was using drugs and drinking a lot. So, the day I accepted Jesus Christ into my life, that is the day that I made a 180 degree turn around.
I know now that if I did not accept Jesus Christ in my life way back, 14 February 1995, I would have been dead now and definitely have gone to hell.

I have learned that it's not about me. It's about helping others so we can all get to the same place. There is no room for power struggles or " keeping up with the Jones'". Take what only you need and leave some for someone else. If you don't need it then don't take it. It's not about who gets to the finish line first. It's all about making sure EVERYONE gets to the finish line. GOD BLESS!!

Reading the bible left me quite shocked at Gods insecurity, misogyny, approval of slavery and barbaric slaughter. I was also struck by the fact the much of it was either self contradictory, total nonsense or irrelevant to todays age,
The positive I took from it was that people who actually believe that this is the work of a perfect being are clearly wrong and need help. I refer you to the website below.

i found out how to overcome the flesh through the
HOLY SPIRIT. how not to go to hell's addresses.
because of severe child abuse i had no boundaries.
the HOLY SPIRIT helps me to work on that. i can follow
the Sermon on the Mount and Proverbs to get a better
handle on what i should do and on what ADONAI/YESHUA
expects from me.

I found out that God really does what he promises.He said he will never leave or forsake me.And he will not put more on us than we can bear.I have found his word to be absolutely true.God Bless YOU.

by reading the bible i found out the catholic system i was in was wrong.
I was saved fro it and study has proven me it is a cult from satan
Im glad Gods word is true and it pulled me out.
