It seems like many people in the midwest have an attitude like"bring it on". Aren't you worried that these changes will affect the farmland of the midwest? Why don't you just move to a warmer state if you want to be warmer. If the polar icecaps melt, Florida will be under water.

I am from the midwest and i do believe in global warming. However in my local paper there was a poll asking if people believed in it? I was shocked when 50% did not. And as for why they dont believe i have no idea. The question was also more specific and asked if you believed the causes were man-made. 30% believed in global warming but not that man caused it. Which i find odd because what about all the pollution we have been producing since the industrial revolution?? Dont these affect the greenhouse gases and therefore be a cause of global warming? I just dont know!

No, No, No - Global warming is caused by the Sun. It is far better for the crops than the cold is.

The water levels are lower now than they were 165 years ago.

You have no reason to panic, in a few years the Sun will cool down again, the Earth will get colder, then the real problems will start.

Excuse Me!!! I am from the Midwest and we are very concerned about global warming, as everyone else should be. Don't know where you are getting your false information, but we are concerned.

I'm glad to know the midwest people are smart. I may move there. They shouldn't be concerned about global warming because it is natural and there is nothing they can do about it.
