what would happen if I took say 10 anadin ibuprofen 200mg tablets with a shot or 2 of vodka?
the ingredients of the pills are: maize startch, pregelatinised startch, stearic acid, collodial silica, marcrogol, perfectamyl gel, carnauba wax, sucrose, polysorbate, titanium dioxide, iron oxide, povidone, talc, calcium carbonate, antifoam, shellac, butyl alcohol, soya lecithin.
what per chance would this do?

Ibuprofen can seriously cause stomach ulcers and u can bled due to ulcer and if somebody take them...doctors perform gastric lavage which is very painful in which pipe is put from the mouth into the stomach and lot of saline water is put into it so that gastric contents can be vomitted. its pretty scary,
thats right u will not die but the side effects will make your life hell.
all the list which u have wriiten are just additives to make a tablet but the active ingredient is only ibuprofen which cause all the side effects even some serious side effects on heart and liver.

You're only supposed to take 2 tablets of ibuprofen at a time, because of the strain it puts on your liver and also Ibuprofen can cause your stomach to bleed. Overdosing can also cause other serious side effects, i know someone who ODed on it and lived but went deaf and has never recovered. That many won't kill you and the vodka mixed with it will only make you pretty drowsy, but it will probably make you pretty ill.

Both alcohol and ibuprofen irritate the stomach. There's a good chance that you'd give yourself gastritis.
That isn't enough ibuprofen to kill you, and it isn't enough alcohol to do so either.
You'd be a little bit drunk, and might have some belly pain from irritating your stomach. If you did it regularly, you could cause an ulcer and/or bleeding in the stomach.
