First of all: There are several different takes on this subject. Liberal Jews (Reform, etc) don't really believe in an afterlife. I'm Orthodox, and we definitely believe in a world-to-come.

What we DON'T believe in is hell. There IS a place Gehinom where most souls go for perfecting. The time spent there is limited, and although it isn't necessarily a pleasant place to be, it certainly isn't a place of hell-fire and torment.

Jews call heaven "the world to come", and we have a belief that "the righteous of all nations have a share in the world to come." IOW, we don't believe that heaven is reserved for Jews.

But this isn't something we focus on much. The focus on Judaism is very much about this life, and how we can serve G-d here. The world to come isn't a big part of what we worry about.

A lot of the people who have answered this question don't know what they're talking about.

Jews go to Heaven if they've done good in their lives. They believe Christians go to the same Heaven for the same reason. Since Jews don't believe in a formal version of Hell, I'm not sure what happens to the people who do lots of evil, but Jews do believe in a Judgement Day just like Christians.

Well, the ancient Jews believed there was 3 books, one for the very good, one for the middle ground and one for the wicked. On the first day of the year, they thought they could move their names up by doing good deeds. They had a works salvation. I don't think they really believe in Hell. I've never studied their take on Hell from my Bible reading, so I'm sorry I can't help you. We know that we are saved and on our way to Heaven.

Judaism is about this life, not the next. we leave that up to God.

some Jewish people believe in a generalized heaven concept.
some believe that basically we sleep, unconcious, dead, until the coming of the messiah, at which time we will be ressurected.
some belive in a concept of something vaguely similar to a purgatory, and then a heaven.
some Jewish people even believe in reincarnation! (sometimes combining that purgatory-like concept with it)

by the way, the jewish messiah has nothing to do with forgiveness or repentance or sin, and isn't a sacrifice or god incarnate or any such thing.

I think Jews don't believe in a Hell... therefore I would assume you'd go to Heaven..
