im not sure i understand, i think you are asking if its possible to get a tattoo where ur toe nail sed to be...my answer is yes, but it will be very very painful!!! very very painful, ecspecially because it will be going over lots of scar tissue.

Yes it's possible a buddy a mine did his thumb this way. And yes it will Hurt ALOT!
