I believe in my religion because I can go out side when ever I want, and see the proof of it every where I look.
Although, I do not follow an organized religion, but rather my own belief, my own heart.

Why do people believe in anything, Math, science or history. What is learned throughout your life 90% is based on the what someone else either told you are you learn from a book, Do you actually Know that 2+2=4, or that carbon dating is actually acurate or that man really walked on the moon. No someone who claimes to be an athorty on these matters told us that they are true. So really everything can be classifed as relegion because you have to believe and have faith in something that is Implied.
Most people spend more time each week in school then in church.
Now this is just my theory but blind faith is blind faith!
Peace and follow your own path

Coz , we are all taught from our very child-hood the concept of God giving rewards or punishments.
Seeing God physically or mentally or having a feeling is only a mental reflection or creation (as God is all pervading).
Divine power ( God ) can be felt by one's heart and not by head since God is all love and all religions are supposed to take their flocks towards that direction.

I dont have a religion.I have been opportuned to read the work "In The Light of Truth" The Grail Message By Abdrushin which has helped in answering a lot of questions I used to ask.
I am convinced about the exitence of God because I have experienced His Will and that is enough for me.

Well the only way to know would be to ask God our eternal father himself praying in the name of Jesus Christ and recieving an answer from the Holy Ghost. I can only tell you the feeling can only be given from god and is given to one who is ready to recieve. I describe it as a heavenly peace that rests inside and fills your soul with joy. The experience is personal and often times cant be described in words. I recommend you put some faith in prayer and try it yourself. It worked for me

i don't believe in any religion-i think religions are largely a waste of time, although should one choose to follow a religion, that is certainly their right-more power to them!
as for myself, i follow Christ, and i'm not afraid to admit it-Christianity is not a religion: religion is mankind trying to work its way to God. Christianity is God coming to mankind through a relationship with Christ.
as for 'why'...because i've witnessed Christ's power to transform lives, to enable a person to be more than they ever thought possible...and He's done the same in my life

I feel everyone needs something to believe in or life on earth is meaningless. I chose to mentally believe in Christ. The choice is up to each individual to believe or not.

I'm a pantheist, I don't have a god, I have What Is...everything that I experience, observe, etc. That is what I believe in. I believe it because...there it is, doing it's thing. No mysterious promises, just What Is.
