i want a question mark on my palm and an arrow on my pointer fingertip. i also fantasized about the eye of ra drawn in over my own eye and cheek.

You can get a tattoo anywhere you'd like. The problem may be finding a tattoo artist to do it on your hand or face. Most of them will probably not recommend those places. I have one on my toe/foot and I had to go to about 6 different places because they were all refusing to tattoo my foot. It's only because your feet and hands are areas where the tattoo will fade and rub off easier than other places and most artists will guarantee their work. Being that they don't want to do free touch-ups every year, they simply refuse to do them in the first place. If you search and possibly pay a little more, you'll definitely be able to find someone to do it, regardless of the location on your body. Enjoy!!

Yes you can if it's allowed in the state you live in.
In the palm and on your finger the needles have to be set rather deep to get under the thick skin and into the living flesh (hurt). As for on your cheek it's the eye of Horus you want. It's the eye by it's self. It becomes the Eye of Ra when you put the solar disk behind it so it would be an eye with a circle around it. I've done a little studying in accent Egyptian hieroglyphs. This too can be done but you really really want to think about it. These tattoos will keep you from getting certain jobs you might want in the future.

of course this is possible. very painful on the face but very possible. the hand is a tricky place, do your research and make sure the person who is tattooing you knows what they are doing and ask to see some of there artwork before you agree to let them tattoo you. if it is on the top of your hand it wont be as bad but because the skin on the back of you hand,like your palm and finger tips is rougher and used more often it has a tendency to reject ink and wear away in time.

Yerse you can have these tattoos done but it depends entirely on the artists discretion
if you do find one willing to work on you make sure they're trained in doing delicate work like that so you don't feel any unnnessary pain although its gonna hurt a bit nore than usual cos its over the bone this depends entirely on each induviduals pain threshold

You can pretty much get a tattoo ANYWHERE on your body. I've seen then on the hands, fingers, eye lids, cheek, lips, ears. Its crazy where some people put tats these days.

technically yes - you can get tattooed anywhere
some tattoo artists might not be happy about tattooing your face if you didn't have other tattoos - there's no escaping or missing that one! but yeah, all things are possible
