so i went on my first date with my boyfriend, and i asked for him to put my wallet in his pocket. so being its the first date and all, i really wanted to take those pictures at downtown disney, and after we took the picture, it was time to pay.. and we both stood there, and i poked him and he took MY wallet out and gave it to me to pay. so whatever i payed $35 for it.
and then today i found out he went with and payed the tickets to Wicked for his coworker (a girl that he didnt know longer than he knew me) when he told me he was going with his mom and her coworkers.
so im kind of eh about it. but i dont want to confront him because it might get him mad. what do you think of this?

Seems a bit weird. It's still traditional guys pay on the first date. I guess it was your choice for the expensive picture but the weird part is why he lied....I dunno about the co-worker thing but it all seems a bit odd, wonder if she thinks she's dating him too, you could confront him but if he might get mad and you've just started your relationship...maybe either give it some time, or end it early? (I'm leaning towards recommending the second option, but it does depend how well you know him and all.)

Your first mind is telling you "Red Flag Red Flag!" You are thinking too much. Stop trying to think the situation into a better light. It is what it is...what your gut is telling you. He's not really into you. Sorry. And make sure you have your mind up on whether you want to deal with it and keep him BEFORE you confront. If you dont want to keep him, confrontation would be an unnecessary stressful event.

The guy is a free loading Jerk. You shouldn't even bother talking to him yet alone mixing with him. If he is the type of guy that will get angry about such a matter then he has no integrity, class or honour. Sounds like a right moron and I think you would best cut him out of your life quietly regardless of any attraction you may have for him. It rarely pays to associate with liars.

you really need to talk to him about it, 35 dollars is nothing but it would mean many things......i mean that he didnt wanna pay for ya and he payed for an other girl.... just try to make everything plain and clear... because you are building a relationship.... and it better to know things as early as possible.... if he really care about u... he wouldnt get mad at you because of this question. good luck

The thing is that the pictures were for you, so you should pay for them. Why would you expect him to pay for them.
I am lucky, usually with my girlfriends we take turns or argue over who is going to pay (as in, both of us arguing that we should pay).
Generally if a girl respects a guy, he isn't expecting him to pay, and if she thinks he should earn her, then he has to pay.

i never pay anything if a man is taking me out he should be a man and behave like one. i would have asked him to pay anyway you did that because you have the money. next time let him pay

well YOU wanted the picture so you paid, he wanted to go to wicked and he paid. however i'd be confused as to why he lied about who he was going with. say something hun cos it sounds like your about to be played. why isnt he taking you instead of another girl. will she think she's his girlfriend like you do. have you only had one date? something sounds off and he's lying already with no reason to lie, i'd be saying see ya!
