WW is the best, it teachs you to eat better by trying to get the least amount of points....remember to work out. Do the POINTS SYSTEM!

Weight watchers have been around for a long time. The basic idea is to count the number of calories that you eat.

There are a large range of cook books that are available. Look for books that are specifically weight watchers or ones that list the calorie content of certain meals.

Get weight watchers books to check out the calorie contents of a range of standard foods (and don't forget you can find out how much calories packed foods have by looking on the back of the package)

Look around, there may even be a service for delivering calorie controlled meals.

It is vital that you vary your meals because eating the same thing every day might mean that you end up not getting enough of the right sort of nutrition.

You might also consider taking vitamin suppliments while you are dieting.

Good luck, and remember the trick is not losing the weight but keeping it off.

My wife is on WW and has lost 30 lbs. She goes to the local meetings every Saturday. You might go to one of those to get ideas.

WW has a few recipe books out, both at the meetings and in major book store chains.
Also, at the meetings they provide a few recipes... just ask your leader.
