My boyfriend's mom seems as if she doesn't like me. The first couple of years she seemed as if she did, but now I feel like she can't stand me. Her jokes hurt my feelings but she says she is playing. When I call, she sounds as if she doesn't want me calling. When I come in the house she looks dissappointed and sometimes she doesn't speak to me. My boyfriend said she talks about me all the time and always talks about how much she likes me. When I had surgery she called me to check up on me. But she doesn't act like she likes me... I don't understand. Am I just being to sensitive?

What matter is your relationship with your boyfriend. He likes and loves you. Besides, he told you his mom likes you.
Be yourself and continue to be friendly and respectful to her. It is only your feeling. Be happy about yourself. Accept yourself.

sounds like shes 2faced because she pretends to like you but then she seems like she doesnt like you..i dont know why shes acting funny..mom's are like that..that happend to me..you think she loves you..then the next minute shes cursing you out..lol..who cares..you're not in the relationship with her your with your boyfriend..so who cares what she thinks..if you're that uncomfortable just make as less contact with her as you can..dont read into it so much..its not that big of a deal..if she wants to act silly and immature like shes still in high school let her..dont let it get to you..life goes on

well, do not believe what she says to her son about you.. it might be just pretension...
you cannot make her like you.. do what you are suoppose to do and try not to be too sensitive...
monther in law, boyfriends mom etc are strange relationship.....
