He said to me over dinner last Friday that we should take a 3 day cruise in February. then later that night, he said we should go to Hawaii next July. We've been dating for about 11 months now. Is this a good sign that he's really into me and possibly falling in love? He teased me by saying that it would be a great place to get married. but in the past he's said that it would be a cold day before he ever gets married again. Give me your thoughts on this please.

If you have been dating for 11 months, yes he loves you and can be falling in love. Some guys do not tell you "I love you " they have to say it in other ways...
don't get all excited or nervous about "marriage" take your time with that,,, he is just looking at creating time with you away from the house, work, school, family, friends, etc...
This would be a great opportunity to spend along time with him. I would go and see what it would be like,,, you will have a lot of fun. Love is an over used and over rated word,,, you cannot put love in words, so go and have fun, and dont think so much about love, think fun... love comes naturally.... If he didn't love you he would not be with you for 11 months and planning a vacation.
You also have to realize, that he is probably trying to save money. Have fun, that is the key in life.

It sounds like he's happy with you and he feels secure enough to go on vacation with you, two of them even. Planning for the future is a good thing. I wouldn't push it so far as to say he's jumping back on the marriage bandwagon, or whatever you want to call it. However guys don't usually mention stuff like marriage lightly. I would say just go with the flow and have fun, if he brings up the marriage topic again then talk about it.
Love is a tricky topic too. If he hasn't said 'I love you' he may just be waiting for you to say it or until the right time. If he has said the words chances are he meant them. I would say it sounds like he cares about you a lot, possibly even in love with you, but that's something that only you and he would know for sure.
Often asking someone who's removed from the situation can give some of the best of advice, because he/she isn't in the situation and isn't tied up in all the other stuff. Someone not in the situation can look at it all more objectively.

Well, if he didn't want to continue seeing you, I'd say he wouldn't be making these kinds of plans. So.. it looks pretty obvious to me.
However... Do yourself a favor and don't set any expectations around him proposing. Let him do that in his own time. For now, just take it for what it is... he's TALKING about taking vacations together. That's it. Nothing more.
