I used to be overweight and never wore skirts or shorts or anything that showed skin, but i'm losing that weight and getting comfortable with wearing dresses, but my legs are bumpy, and dry. It looks like i have permanent goose bumps...
What should I use?

Get a loofah, exfoliating mitt or scrub and use regularly to get rid of the bumps-after using apply a high quality lotion.

At night when you start to go to bed put baby oil on your legs. It'll make your legs so soft and in no time at all. Then when you get up the next morning and shower use any lotion. I've heard Jergens works well and I know St. Ives does. I use a body butter for the drugstore. I love body butter because it's not expensive, makes skin really soft, and you can usually get one to match your perfume. Like Bath and Body works or Victoria Secret scents normally have a matching body butter. Don't forget to treat your skin to, at least, a monthly exfoliating (it removes all the dead skin). And if it looks like shaving causes or aggravates your skin try shaving less and make sure to always put on lotion after you shave. Or use a dilatory (like VEET or Nair). Good luck.

Jergens lotion is the best lotion out there! If you wanna go expensive get cetaphil but I definitely recommend jergens!
