Jesus teaches to pray the Lord's prayer. He knows what is on your mind the instant you do. Praying according to God's will means submitting to the Holy Spirit, such as repentance, acknowledgment, and sincerity. You will know if you are praying correctly if you do not have a desire to question your thoughts or actions while praying. The Holy Spirit has the power to comfort. If you are agitated, take a breather and come back. The Lord will know your heart. So, honesty is best.

Pray the prayers that the great Apostle Paul prayed in Colossians 1:9-12 and Philippians 1:9-11 and you will never ever go wrong. These prayers are filled with everything we as Christians need and should want above all. They are according to the will of God, and I insert names in the place of the word you to make them more personal and more specific. When God begins to answer these prayers everything else will fall right into place. You cannot go wrong with this.
Check them out and read them slowly and watch what God begins to do in you and those for whom you pray this for. He is just waiting to answer because it is His will.

there is no certain way to pray.. you can talk to him casually or you can get on your knees and pray to Him or you can stand up and raise your arms to Him..
I know when I pray I have peace after. Like I'm renewed.
I even remember when I was little, if I was scared of something, if i prayed and asked God to help me through, right away I would get some sort of relief. I love JESUS!
Praying isn't asking. We should always be worshipping HIM! He is so GREAT! THere is no way I could be where I am today if it wasn't for JESUS!

Please ensure that ur prayer words as well as ur inner conversation are in complete harmony and then see the results. For example if u r praying for an excellent job but in ur heart u say " I don't think I will get that job" or Will God grant me this Job? etc. then u r negating ur prayers. Pray and do positive affirmations before going to bed with a glass of water and then thank God for answering ur prayer and granting ur wish. Work on it for 21 days and then get back to us. God bless u.

In line with islamic teaching we should pray silently and solemnly on the right time at least 5 times a day.We are suggested to wake up again in the third part of a night and then we pray.Our prayers will be permitted by Allah the only one God.But we must convince that we pray and worship only to Allah and we do not make ally with other including we can not believe that God has a son..We can pray also in Mesjidil haram in Meccaa or in the raudah part of Nabawi mosque in Medinaa both places are better than other places and pobability is greater that our prayers will be permitted by God..Our prayers will permitted by God if we asked it in togetherness or berjamaah praying.Our prayers will be accepted and permitted too if it conducted by someone who are nearer to Allah such as welknow mukmin people.We should remember Allah where,whatever,when ever we are.It is called zikir to Allah.We should thanks to Allah if we have favourable condition and we should keep patient if we have unfavourable condition.

If your prayers line up with scripture then you are praying in Gods will, and regardless of what you are praying you ask for his will to be done.
God answers prayers in His time not ours.

Lets elevate this thought one more step:
how do you know there is even a god to pray to for a particular will. And on that note why would you pray for god's will when he supposedly made everyone have free will. That's a bit contradictory don't you think?

The Bible says in Romans 12:1-2 "Present your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this present world, but be transformed by renewing your mind, > so that you may test and approve what is the will of God, < what is good, and well-pleasing, and perfect."
To know God's will, you gotta get to know God. To get to know God, you have to spend time in His Word, in prayer, and in worship, all of which works to "renew your mind". His Word gives many examples of His will, and many principles by which He acts, such as love and holiness, as well as specifics, like "thou shalt not kill" and "love your neighbor", etc;
It shows God's will for both how you should live, and what He wants to do in your life. It says things like "God did not give us a spirit of fear but of power and love and self-control." (2 Timothy 1:7) so we know that it is not God's will for us to live in fear, so we can pray against fear. We know we can pray against sickness because of James 5:15 and 1 Peter 2:24, which show that Jesus paid the price for our healing, and it is God's will for us to be healed.
There are innumerable promises throughout the Bible. By reading them, learning them, remembering them, and understanding them, you can learn what God's will is as far as what He wants to provide you with. You can actually pray the scriptures that state the promises, speak them in God's presence. 2 Corinthians 1:20 says "For every one of God's promises are "Yes" in Him (Jesus); therefore also through Him the "Amen" is spoken, to the glory we give to God." God will always keep His promises when we believe Him, that is why it says that if we pray according to His will, He hears us.

We don't know. Pray for what you want. Be ready to accept any answer. God doesn't always do what we tell him but he always does what is best for us.
