This is actually coley222007@yahoo. I can't stand this guy at work he has already made an immature comment about me having nuts in my mouth. He picks out possible weaknesses in people and preys on them. He is an idiot he thinks women should not talk back he told my coworker if she were in his country they would teach her where her place is! He tries to make me nervous and I am ashamed to admit but he does I know he is looking for any mistake I make so he can get a dig in. The problem is I don't want to have a problem with the company they are good people and they don't know that he is doing these things yet. I have already put my two weeks in not because of him, he just started there, but since I am leaving I want to get him good. I would like to prevent him from harrassing other female employees. I still have to go in there everyday because I work next door and we get ice and use their sinks.
What is the best plan of action to show him women in america don't put up with this sh*T

When you leave give them a letter stating the real reason you're leaving. Might sound kind of useless if you're leaving anyway, but let them know that you also feared retribution if you had stayed and reported him. And don't give it to an immediate super. Give it to upper management; preferably someone who works in like an HR section where their job is to monitor these issues. Now if you have to see the little creep again, especially if its regularly, don't acknowledge him. Look through him like he's not there. If this gets his goat and he wants to have words about it, just tell him he's in the US now and women don't have to even acknowledge the existance of any any man if we so choose. And if his country is so great, he should go back.

Coley, don't they have a sexual harrasment policy there??If not then ognore his BS and , with out answering or reacting to his crap, change the subject.Week minds are easily distracted....sports ...jobs to do...etc..etc.Then there's the "set up". Tell him some high up boss ( male or female) is interested in him and they'de like to hear how he feels. He may not want to talk to you if he thinks there's a chance that some one thinks he's gay or maybe he will put the move on a lady boss that will fire his sorry ***.

the female's rights circulate purely relatively began choosing up velocity interior the Thirties with the introduction of the flappers and so on on condition that it relatively is in basic terms 80 years on, i could argue that at the same time as in line with probability real equality has no longer been carried out - and could in no way be archived - there is no disputing how a ways we've come, and how fortunate we are to have been born in this era. interior the Thirties people have been arrested for donning one-piece bathing suits, as we talk we are in a position to positioned on despite pleases us. Racism isn't extinct, and constructive in no way would be. it relatively is an identical case for sexism. regardless of the undeniable fact that, regardless of the undeniable fact that there are real pigs accessible, it would not by way of be sexist ourselves and stereotype all men as sexists by way of fact there are of course men in our society who have self belief female are equivalent to men.

First off, tell him that if he wants a woman to take his bullsh#t, he should go back to his country. Ask him what in hel# is he doing here, we don't want him. Tell him that in our country those words could be considered the basis for a lawsuit, and he had better not forget it!!

Secondly, tell your coworker to report him for harassment. What he said to her is harassment, and can be deal with.

Tell Human Resource, that is what they are there for...do everything you can to get his @ss fired. But since you did give your 2 week notice you should give them some damning evidence (i.e tape record) so it doesn't look like you're doing this because you're disgruntled.

File a complaint. Be professional, don't let your anger show. If he continues harassing you, go to the police after you file another complaint with the company.

Tell your boss immediately, this is a form of sexual harrassment and is highly illegal.

He can get fired and your worklife can be less stressful!
