Nothing like having a fear based religion to keep you awake at night.

Well,
1: I have had scary dreams before, and I know the feeling of waking up, yet your not, FULLY awake, if you know what I mean.
2: The Bible (Peter 3:10 Luke 10:39-40 and Rev. 16:15) all says that it will happen REALLY fast, so no people coming out of graves or people flying up in the sky.
3: If you have accepted God as your Savior, what do you have to fear? You will not be here to experience the pain, you will be with GOD! What better reward?
4: All you can do is pray. I can't tell you why you are having these dreams, but don't think about them while you are falling asleep. Your last few thoughts are what your dreams are mostly.
I hope I helped.

Dreams occur in your subconscious mind; they sometimes represent the troubles of the day, or symbolize fears and things like that. Only you can really know what the dreams might mean in the reality of your awake time. Sometimes we are too busy during the awake of the day to pay attention to things we are afraid or, or things that are bugging us and so when we are asleep our subconscious kicks in with doozies like that... I could guess that there are a lot of pent up concerns, wonderings and fears about your life, your family and your relgious beliefs... obviously the rapture is something that scares you and something you are bothered about.
Recurring dreams usually mean unresolved problems that need solving during your awake time. Additonally most of the t ime, but not always recurring dreams and scary dreams are far exaggerated from the real life events, problems and challenges we are faced with: they are usually more drastic and worrisome than the actual thing.
I would do this, next time you have the dream(s) write them down, completely. Keep a journal by your bed, and the minute you wake from the dream write it all down. Then get up, and pray. Get a drink of water, stretch out your legs and turn on the lights and do a few things to normalize. Think it over. What in your life in reality would the dream symbolize to you?
Do this every time.
If you give these dreams over to your awake mind, your conscious mind then you'll figure them out, they should eventually stop as soon as you know what they mean to you.
The truth is you have control over your mind. Dreams are a bit harder to control, but they are YOUR dreams and in YOUR mind. You also might try to CHANGE the dreams.
I've done this myself. When I was a little girl my mom told me to "just change the dream" when I'd had a nightmare. So I believed her I could and lo and behold next time I had one, I did change it.
You could actually *poof* the bad things into butterflies if you will it so. That's how dreams are. You can willfully manipulate them; do not let dreams rule you, they are only subconsious imaginings that can be very convoluted, abstract and sometimes realistic. Dreams are not reality.

As a child I always dreamed I was on a road that split, one to heaven one to hell. Sometimes I was on my way to hell and didn't know how to turn around.
So I know the fear you are having.
Before you go to bed give God your dreams. Tell Him how Satan is bringing fear to you. Jesus promised us He had not given us the Spirit of fear but of love ,power and a sound mind.
Stand on that promise. Remind God of this promise.
I have prayed for you. As an adult ,you must seek out the word on the Rapture and your salvation. You as a Christian should not fear the rapture. But long for its coming.
Have you given you heart and life to Jesus? <><

Ok here is the real deal. The dream has very little if nothing at all to do with what you dreamed about, bus, boy friends, etc. The dream is a selection dream, selecting your future course. You are given a choice in direction on a path that you temporarily must follow. example: You come upon a litter of multi colored kittens, red, blue, gray, stripped about to fall off a cliff. You reach down and save one. Depending on the colors these are your available options in a "side path" of your future path. The cat means one thing the color another. example: You are waist deep in water and Koi are swimming around you. You catch one or one jumps into your arms. You have selected your future short term wealth or lack of it depending on the size and color of the Koi. If it jumps into your arms it is predetermined. What is important is in the basket. What color and type of candy did you pick out of it? You must find out what candy means. Then what the color means. Use the Asian method of dream interpretations. If you dare... Glad you asked

I think you are a religious person and as you said you have been brought up in religious family, as you have been hearing about a lot of stories about the afterlife and punishment for sins and you have been thinking about this very deeply since your childhood, your brain is always busy about thinking these things.
Actually a dream is a reflection of your thoughts. So to get ride of this you should stop thinking about it and start thinking how to help other people and do good things for after life.

Because you are experiencing a physical manifestation (shaking of bed), these are not ordinary dreams. If they are bothering you you must find someone who is versed in such manifestations. A Catholic will tell you to consult your parish priest. I suggest that you do so as soon as possible.

Try the prayer of St. Benedict before you go to bed.
"Begone Satan! Never tempt me with your vanities! What you offer me is evil. Drink the poison yourself!"
Get a St. Benedict medal. It is the only medal in the Church which does not receive a blessing. It receives an exorcism.
"The medal is a prayer of exorcism against Satan, a prayer for strength in time of temptation, a prayer for peace among ourselves and among the nations of the world, a prayer that the Cross of Christ be our light and guide, a prayer of firm rejection of all that is evil, a prayer of petition that we may with Christian courage "walk in God's ways, with the Gospel as our guide," as St. Benedict urges us."
I will be praying for you
In His Love,
j
