I'm a girl, so I should know.
Either
1: Don't take her out to dinner, make dinner at your house and make it romantic, it might be that she isn't ready to go out in public with you.

2: Call her in the morning, tell her good morning, and that you dreamt of her last night, and ask her if she wants to go.

3: She has other plans, but didn't want to hurt your feelings, if so, make a date maybe next week, or 2.

If you need anything else e-mail me.

Good luck! :)

Well it could mean a number of things. (1) She's not sure if she should.(2) She didn't know how to tell you no so she opted for "we will see ok. (3) She is trying to leave her options open in case something else comes up that she would rather do.(4) She has something already planned and if it doesn't work out then she will go out with you.

Hard to say. Could be that she has to check her schedule or shuffle things around to make time. If this were the case, the courteous thing for her to do would have been to explain this to you as well. On the other hand, vague answers like that usually mean a brush off. Sorry man. Dont get too excited about this girl.

Since she didn't elaborate on the reason for her apparent
indecision, this would generally mean one of 2 things:
1) She means "No," but would rather avoid actually saying it.
2) She means "Yes, if I can't find anything better to do by then."

Otherwise, she surely would have given you some explanation.

Ok, well she's not totally positive if it's a yes or no. She's taking it into consideration and thinking about it. it's better than her saying no the first second! there's still a great chance.

It could mean she might be busy, but it could also mean that she was trying to find a nice way to say she doesn't want to go out with you. Ask her. It's the only way to know.

IMHO that's her way of saying she doesn't really want to have dinner with you but doesn't want to tell you "no" either. Not a good sign, but at least she is trying to be nice about it. (Sorry) I would respond by saying "okay, thanks, let me know what you decide".

It could mean that she might go out with you if she doesn't get a better offer. I don't know what is in her head but this is what it sounds like to me.

My guess would be not a very good sign, but it depends how she said it... hard to tell just from the words...
