I think it has actually helped to make people gain more weight. Every time someone goes on the latest fad diet and finds out that they can't stick to it, they end up gaining more weight back than they started from.

a good diet is actually pretty easy if you have the right teacher, but fad diets dont want you to think that..they KNOW that being healthy is really tough so you should buy all their little step by step programs.
