Wow, that's pretty messed up! Honestly, if it was me, I would leave. No guy is worth my time if he is going to be with his gf and say I am the one.
How you ask him to make a choice?....simple...tell him how you feel...and then tell him he needs to make a choice because you aren't going to wait around forever for him.

Leave him alone, he will only cause you pain. And once he does leave his girlfriend or she leaves him he will find someone else and act like what he told you never happened. Thats what usually happens. Move on and find a guy that IS ready for you NOW.

I'm in your boat buddy. My ex girlfriend is always telling me she loves me and misses me but yet shes still with her boyfriend. I don't understand it. She always talks to me about her life and her problems and blah blah blah. I receive a lot of emotional pain because of it but I just don't know what to do. Maybe we should cut them off..

If he's still seeing his girlfriend and wants to see you at the same time, what makes you think that he wouldn't do the same thing to you if you were with him? He's a jerk. Forget him.
