MS Access Form View I want to size a field but i can't separate it from other fields and other fields?

size along with the field i want to size. i have several groups of fields in design view of form. whether i right click and choose properties or if i click on the cell which highlights otehr adjacent cells which are grouped with the cell, when i move the cursor rightward to lengthen the field, the fields below size as well. how can i size a field without the others sizing as well. thanks.

First you need to remove the field from the 'stack' that you created. Simply highlight the field, then click the ARRANGE tab and click the REMOVE button.

Now you can resize the field independent of the other fields.
