My ex boyfriend and I broke up about 2 months ago but he still calls me every other week to see how the kids and I are doing and to throw things in my face but my question is how do I get over my heart break. This weekend I found out he is dating someone new and it broke me in two. What can I do to get over him??? I already told him to stop calling me but I want some ideas how I can get over him other than time will heal the pain.

This happened to me with my girlfriend, i tried to find a hobby. I started working out a lot. I also did a lot of song writing since i like to compose music, but try to find something you like to do and just do it more often and try to stay really busy all the time. Also try meeting new people and start going out and stuff. Hope This Helped...Good Luck

The bygones are bygones and they are part of the past! You should firmly put it behind you. Nothing can stop you from pursuing your life the way you want to do it. So, the first step is to get out of the "why-did-it-happen-to-me" mode, and to have a re look at your goals and move on forward.

No contact for 60 days. Delete him from your email, cell phone, put away all things that remind you of him and concentrate only on yourself and kids for at least 2 months.

Find someone else. Obviously he didn't care about you since he was so quick to move on. So, you need to find someone to help you forget about him and make you happy. GL.
