Great chocolates now come from Colombia and Peru as well as some Chocolatiers in the US like Scharffen Berger in Oakland, CA. Chocolates were inventented in Peru! Some US chocolates are made with chilis and cayenne as well as dried fruits!

YES!!!

In my opinion, Belgian Chocolate is best, followed by Dutch (i.e. from The Netherlands) and English Chocolate.

European chocolate is better because it has a higher chocolate liqueur content than American chocolate.

European chocolate is the best. Less sugar and more chocolate taste. I think the best is in Netherlands (Holland), Belgium and Austria.
