Kinda like I'll show you mine if you show me yours. He's exploring himself and just curious if his peers have the same parts.

i think it's normal all kids are curious my little girl seen my son using the restroom when she was 3 and pulled his private part while he was using it. lol i we thought it was funny but we told her she couldn't touch brother private part that was a no no and she was so amaze. I think there are alot of kids that have done this just tell him that he can't touch other people there and i dont think it's nothing to get bent out of shape about

very normal at that age they want to explore it is not sexual usually. Now if he was forceful teachers are traine to notice that as a sign of the child acting out because he is abused but that is not the case with you son

HA HA HA HA HA you kidding right.. sorry sorry sorry...
don't want to sound rude.
if he was 3 and didn't do stuff like that then i would be worried...
i have a 3 1/2 year old boy..he wants to know what everything is...just like a kid going to the zoo and seeing something they should be seeing... we say they just playing LOL....
kids are just exploring everything.. at this age they are not just learning the names of things but who, whats, whys of thing..
ENJOY AND BE HAPPY..

Totally normal.

He's just curious. So if you haven't already, now's the time to talk about how girls and boys are different, and how our private parts aren't dirty or embarrassing, but they are PRIVATE. And that no one should touch anyone else's private parts except Mommy/Daddy or the doctor without your express permission.

im going to school to be an RN and we studied Erick Erickson's psychosocial theory. he just basically goes thourgh stages from infant to adult...according to Erick your child is in the Autonomy vs. Shame and Doubt stage. Heres a website for you to check out.

Yes it is normal, but you still need to tell him that it is not OK to touch other kids like that. He is old enough to learn what is acceptable and not acceptable touching...at least just the basics.

He's just curious. All kids do it. Just explain to him that its not polite to go around touching people's private areas. Kids are funny!

Honey its called curiosity!

If it was another boy he might have been saying "Hey I have one of those too"

If it was a girl he was probably saying "Hey what happened to ur doo-doo, where did it go???"
