When you die, why do you FIRST go up to heaven? Why does God judge if you've been good enough? Wouldn't it make more sense for Satan to judge if you've been evil enough to go to hell? Or should it be decided at a neutral location?

neither decide which one you r going too, you decide when u choose how to live ur life and whether u follow jesus or the world (ie. Satan.) its not about being good enough, it even quotes in the bible that none of us r worthy, but if you follow Jesus then thru him ur sinless.
The idea that uve got that u go 2 heaven first has come from the tv and a commercialised vision of heaven, it aint based on anything but marketing

God made you and everyone and everything. You can never be good enough. We are all sinners. Jesus said you can't get to heaven by being good, but you can get to heaven by believing in Jesus Christ. Satan is a fallen angel and he literally has no power except what God allows him to have. God is the only judge you will never face. Therefore you go to God who judges you then you go to heaven or hell. There is no neutral ground here. You either accept God or you don't.
