Ever since I was little I have these weird things I do with my body. THey vary every few years. I am almost 15, and when I was about 12, I would roll my head into my eyes because I HAD to. Or move my head back and orth hard because I HAD to. And now I hold my breath and i wont let myself breath until I squeeze my toes together so many times. And its worse on the road, like when I am in the front seat of a moving car, and we pass poles and the trees, their shadow on the road "makes" me hold my breath. And i repeat (under my breath) a lot of things that I read or people say. This is disrupting my life. What is wrong with me?

Sounds like the rituals of OCD? Or if you mean the road "makes" you hold your breath, as in in your mind you feel the road wants you to do something, that seems like szchizophrenia. Maybe both? But either way, or whatever it is, it warrants a call to your doctor to discuss it with him, or better yet, a mental health professional. It can only get better from here! Talk to mom and/or dad. Let them know how your feeling and what you're going through. I'm a mom and I know if my son or daughter came to me with these issues, I'd take it very seriously. There's so much that can be done these days through therapy, etc.

Peace and good luck to you. . .

Some of the more common tics seen in Tourette syndrome
Motor tics
Simple tics Complex tics
Eye blinking Touching the nose
Head jerking Touching other people
Eye darting Smelling objects
Finger flexing Obscene gestures
Sticking tongue out Flapping the arms
Vocal tics
Simple tics Complex tics
Hiccuping Using different voice intonations

Throat clearing Repeating others' words or phrases

Some people with Tourette experience sensory symptoms or tics before the onset of motor or vocal tics. Sensory tics may include sensations of pressure, tickling, warmth, cold, pain or other feelings.

Tics can vary in type, frequency and severity over time. They may worsen during periods of high stress and anxiety, fatigue, illness, recent head injury or excitement. They can even occur during sleep. People may develop different tics over time. For most people with Tourette, the symptoms are at their worst during the teenage years and then sometimes get better during the transition to adulthood.

sounds like you've got an anxiety disorder building --deal with it now instead of letting it get worse.

"Crazy " is a sort of perjoritive, and self applied just attacks your self esteem -- no you're not "crazy"

Talk to your doctor about this, ask a counsellor for help, find some positive ways of helping yourself chill out, like deep breathing, meditation, stuff like that.
