First you have to get rid of the odors she has left around your house. Get a pet odor neutralizer spray to clean carpets and other areas she has soiled. You have to catch her eliminating or about to eliminate which is usually 15-20 minutes after your feed her. Put her on the puppy pad so she will do her buisness. Always keep the pads in the same spot so she'll know where to go. After a while you can start putting the pads outside and follow the same routine as you did in the house.

Patience. Some people like to crate train.
Remember your girl has a very, very small bladder and should go outside very often. Take her out within 10-20 minutes after she eats. Take her out at least every hour
If she has an accident don't yell or punish her...that's your mistake not hers.
Confine her with some paper down and watch her every movement. If she looks like she is going to go....grab her and put her on the paper or rush her outside She will catch on pretty quick; but you have to be consistent.
Clean up her spills promptly and extremely well, or she will return to that marked spot.
Lots of luck.

yup puppy pads... and designate one area of your home for the puppy and completely cover it with puppy pads... a room, or a part of a room, that should stop her from going all over the place... and scolding will not work, they dont really make the connection between yelling and peeing in the wrong place... it will take time, but dogs do learn pretty fast... hope this helps

never rub a dogs nose in its pee.
try the puppy pads if the dog must go inside. every couple hours take the dog over there and try and get it to go, when it does give good feedback.
if it goes in the house, dont punish it. all that will happen is your pup will just hide and pee..
next thing you know it you are searching behind the couch for pee puddles. not fun.

try training pads, when she makes a mess on the floor soak some into the training pad, or put the pooh on it and it will attrack her to it. Clean up the accidents with a good enzymatic odor remover, such as OUT! Removing the stains and smells will help to prevent her being attracted back to the old spots...and keep one or two pads in the same place all the time

Ok.. First, see when the puppy is about to pee. Hit her GENTLY. Then grab her and put her at the paper spot until she pees there. Because she will pee sooner or later.
Put one of the old papers with her pee in the new ones so she knows her scent and where to pee.

try the classic rubbing nose in piss trick. Each time you think the puppy is gonna pee put the puppy on the paper and when the puppy pees in the house rub the puppy's nose in it.
