vitamin c chewables or the ones that you swallow? I want the effects to last all day long and somehow the chewables seems like they would fade.

it doesn't really matter Vitamin C is water soluble so the body uses what it needs then excretes the rest, there is no storage capacity for most macronutrients.

supplemental vitamins have a negligible effect on the health if there isn't a sufficient intake of whole foods in the diet.

My first thought is that the chewables would be more likely to absorb better into your body. However, consistant use of vitamin c is the best way to keep it up in your system.

than get the ones that you swollow they work longer.
