Because it has given me a depth and strength of character that I didn't have before I became one.
Because I love a religion that says that I am not apart from the Divine, that I am not apart from nature, that I am not apart from my fellow man (even the ones that make my skin crawl).
Wicca has taught me to look within for the source of my good points and my bad, and that I am the one in charge of the choices I make.
If my being more and more at peace with myself day by day bothers you, too bad.
You walk your path, I will walk, and enjoy mine.

Because that's what they believe. Who do you think you are that you feel the need to question someone else's religion? I'm an atheist and I don't judge anyone on their choice of religion. BUT Wiccans choose to be Wiccan because more than likely it's what makes the most sense to them.

It is hoped that the people who become Wiccan do so because it it the calling of their heart, of their spirit, for the same reason that people become Christian, Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist, or any one one dozens of other religious paths.
What do you mean by "What do you get out of that?" This isn't about personal gain, it's about personal growth. Wicca when practiced for the right reasons is not a "For profit" religion, no heavenly reward for doing it right, no damnation to the nether pits for doing it wrong.
Wicca is about learning and growing, not just marking time until you die, it's not about amassing power or money or prestige.
Wicca is about recognizing that there is a connection between us and all of nature and learning to be comfortable with that understanding.

What do you get out of whatever you are now? Wicca is a religion and those involved are fulfilled with their religious choice. I'm betting you'd rather these people "claim" Christ even though they have no interest or pleasure serving this god? Better to be in an alternate religion and know what it is you worship instead of "going to Church" and having no idea about the religion except your weekly hour of lecture - like many Christians.

If you have to ask, then there's not much point in my trying to explain it to you... and even if I did try, I get the feeling that my attempt to share a deeply meaningful and personal truth would fall upon scornful ears.
So I think I'll pass. Unlike some other religions, we don't feel the need to sell ourselves to everyone who comes along.
EDITED TO ADD: In reponse to Discerning... Wiccans do not cast curses. The Wiccan Rede -- "If you harm none, do what you will" -- guides our actions, and curses definitely count as causing harm.

Why would someone bother to be Christian? What do you get out of that?
Knowledge is a powerful thing. Don't acccept what ever someone hands you. Pick up a book and learn.

The same reason people join any religion: because they believe and/or they feel a calling.
Why do you bother to be whatever you are?

being wiccan does not mean devil worshiping its just another way to be pagan but really now days who isn't everybody idolizes someone or something ...Ive read a couple of books on it its just another form of religion actually older then christian ism. You should read a book on it and form your own opinion and not base it on what other people tell you

Why would someone bother to be Christian, or Jewish, or Buddhist?
Same reason. Because they find peace and fulfillment in the faith.
