Well, I feel sorry for YOU too. Show me. Show me some proof. Let me speak to God, for example. If I was in the presence, I think I would believe. Don't point at the bible as evidence. It was written from oral history handed down and there is NO proof the written words indicate an accurate reporting of anything. I mean evidence that would convince a judge and jury in a court of law evidence. By the way, how do you reconcile other religions and what they say is God? Every religion seems to believe they have the one true God and all others are false, so which one IS it? Which God is the REAL God? They can't ALL be real, or can they? Why is it that both sides in the Crusades thought God was on their side? Were the losers dying because it was their God's will that they lose? More people have been killed over religion than in all of the wars or for any other reason. Exactly what is so good about God anyway? If God exists, God does evil and cruel things every day! How many thanked God for sending Katrina or the tsunami a few years back? Well? You thank the Lord when good things happen, but you curse God when bad things happen, but that is the SAME God and since you say all is God's will, why are you not thanking God equally for everything? Terrorists believe God justifies what violence they do! Exactly what is it that God has done for me lately? I have never personally witnessed a miracle. There, that would be a good way to convince me God exists if you could directly connect the miracle with God that is, like maybe God stepping up and taking credit. Until you present me with hard evidence which a judge and jury would believe in court, I'll continue to use my Sundays, Saturdays and any other days religions feel is/are their sabbath for bigger and better things, like football... And hey, if there is a God, and God made me, then God will fully understand my doubts because God put those doubts there and how can God find fault with ME when me being the way I am was because God MADE me that way! God would be finding fault with his own handiwork, therefore, all of my beliefs, all of my goodness, all of my evil is ALL part of God's plan and fooey on you! If there is a God, I am living exactly the way God intended, doubts and all, which I will ultimately be forgiven and I am destined for Heaven to live at the right hand of God!

I am not an atheist. I do believe in God and I am a Christian but I want to give comment/answer to your statement. You said you are terribly sorry for the atheist. With your statement, are you not sorry? Ponder on deeper. You will understand that the idea is not from God. Don't boast out of your belief . Faith and belief should be coupled with good deeds. Saying hurting words to others is not good. Do you understand now? God bless you.

Yes a god does exist. it is called the universal subconscious... it is not a man with a big white beard! God is a power and that power creates anything we think into it. Athiests are a part of humanity and are thinking too, so cannot help but create. It doesn't matter if they believe or not, because the power doesn't judge it just creates whatever is thought into it. And you are not better than anyone else. (unfortunate side effect of religion). Everyone has a right to their own beliefs. Prayer only works if you believe in prayer. But you don't have to pray to manifest things in your life. We manifest whatever we think about. Ie, if you worry about poverty, you create more poverty. That's how the power (god) works. If you believe in success, you create success etc.

Dang, is that the best you can do?????
Listen: you have your path, I have mine, and others have theirs, and I believe that all things lead to the same place. I understand that you disagree. So be it. You asked what will atheists do? They will go on their way, I will go on my way as a pagan and as a Witch and as an agnostic, and you get to go on yours. Let's all try to co-exist, and not tell others what to do.
Will you Christians never stop trying to convert others?

I don't understand how people can say that they are Atheists. How do they think they got here? Do they think they just appeared out of thin air? News Flash....God does exist, who do you think created everything that surrounds you? Who created you? If God didn't exist, then neither would they!
