other three, they said---oh this guy's Gospels are different-- he isn't saved but, he was an Apostle so we'll stick it in there but, it is different so it is questionable.

Jesus said there are two great commandments: love your neighbor and God. Everything else is up to the individual to discern.

Judas was the only disciple who wasn't saved. John was the "beloved disciple' so of course he was saved. His gospel was different in that's how he saw Jesus. I don't understand what you're getting at, John was not Catholic.

I would not say John's Gospel is 'catholic', for his writings actually speak AGAINST what the catholic church is doing.
John's writings deal more with the SPIRIT than the others, and reveal things that are important to understanding the spiritual kingdom of God. I think that is why John's ideas about 'antimessiah' are ignored by many....because the idea points at THEMSELVES.

Actually all the gospels are in agreement. Just because the Catholic church twists gospel to support man made beliefs does not make the gospel wrong.

None of the gospels were written by apostles. The were all written long after Jesus and everyone who knew him personally was dead and gone.

They had a badly jumbled mess to sort out and they did a rotten job of it, they even threw in an ancient novel and called it The Book of Job.

I am not sure what you mean by "different". It is one of the most beautifully written and moving books of the Bible.
