I own a 2004 cobra and have been racking my brain trying to decide which to get. I have spent the last 2 months researching and here is what I have found out. I spend almost every weekend at the track and it seems that the kenne bells are always the smallest bit faster then the whipples. Now whipple has just come out with a bigger supercharger, so maybe that will change but it seems as far as speed goes, kenne bell is always 1/4 of a step quicker. Talking to all of my friends at the shop where I get my work done though, they all say even though both companies have good customer service, whipple's is better. They told me there has been times where they have had to wait a few weeks for a kenne bell part as where when they need something from whipple it is always there within a day or two. As far as reliability of the superchargers, both are excellent. For me personally, I am going to go with the kenne bell when I can afford it. I think it comes down to a personal decision as far as which one you think looks and sounds better, because as far as performance, quality, and reliability goes, they are the same. The kenne bells are deffinately louder, they have that loud classic supercharger whine. The whipples are much more quiet. When it came down to it, I just like the way the 2.6L chrome kenne bell supercharger looks and sounds. You should go to the track where you live one weekend and look and listen to some kenne bells and some whipples, then make your decision. Other then looks and sound, everything else really seems to close to call.

Both are great, and almost Identical. I have a KB on my 06 and the install was TOP NOTCH. When they say its a kit, they mean a kit. Everything was included. The only thing I had to get was the spark plugs (one temp range cooler), and I used two extra rolls of electrical tape than they provided, because I wanted a clean install. Whipple is also an awesome charger and just as clean looking upon install. With your car, the Whipple seems to have more hp, however they tend to do it with the amount of boost right on the edge of safe operation. Kenne Bell is a little less hp, but well under the safety curve.
