i've been reading bout a problem called TMJ and i think i might have it. Everytime i try to move my jaw from left to right, it hurts. I hear a cracking sound when i try and move it. When i try and open my mouth, it doesnt move more then half an inch. It feels like it's stuck. Please help asap!!

Try popping it back in. It's just dislocated. Use your hands to push your jaw side to side. It works for me. Stops TMJ instantly.

get tmj xrays if your jaw is slipping and you get lock jaw, dont let them fool you. Many people have joint issues. Its all considered TMJ. Even if you have some inflammation from trauma or an infection it cause your jaw to shift abnormally.
