can we get helph we were told you could put bluestooth on windows xp free if so how can we do that?

Bluetooth is not support by Windows XP alone. It requires hardware to broadcast a bluetooth signal. Most desktop computers do NOT come with bluetooth included. Some laptops do.

Go to the Control Panel and click the System icon
Go to the Hardware tab and the Device Manager button
Look through the installed hardware to see if you have a bluetooth device.

If not, you will have to add one.
