How do you change your hair color using Photoshop 5.0?

im not particularly experienced with that model of photoshop, but it should have a "hue" tool somewhere. Or maybe a darken or lighten tool. all you have to do is use it like a pencil on the part of the picture you want to alter.

Use the selection tool to select and copy your hair
Paste it into a new image
Using the Color Balance settings, change the color of your hair in the new image
Once you have it the color you want, copy your hair
Paste in back into the original picture over the top of the old hair
